How do you
How do you react when you hear the truth?
And it isn’t what you think?
That all you have believed, knew, was wrong
And your pig-headed insistence caused so much evil
Do you repent? Make amends?
Or do you ignore it?
Cast aside all the ‘facts’ and ‘evidence’ that don’t agree with you
Constantly preach your old, obsolete dogma
On the off-chance, on the increasingly remote possibility
That it may turn out right in the end
And you can stand there happy
That you were right all along
